Our Stage 4 is for those dedicated to building power.
 
The journey begins with a brand new set of OEM case halves that are then put through our closed deck case process. The case halves are machined to accept an insert around the water jacket to reinforce the cylinder wall for higher boost applications. Once the inserts have been installed and machined, the bores are then machined and honed with deck plates to the appropriate tolerance diameter to accept a 99.75mm piston.
 
The mainline is then machined to accept a series of 9mm pins and then align honed. The cases are then machined to accept 1/2" headstuds.
 
All of our shortblocks start with 100% brand new components. They are then subjected to an in depth blueprinting process. All of our machining is done on state of the art equipment with zero measurements overlooked. All of our builds are then assembled with our in house assembly lube (available seperately as well) and Three Bond.
